On the morning of
17 August, Guiyang
Software Park (GYSP)
sponsored software
enterprises to hold
a forum in the hall
of GYPPC. Inspector
Zhao Zongze from the
Guiyang Municipal
Government and Section
Chief Li Xiaoling
of the Information
Promoting Section
under the Provincial
Information Department
attended the forum.
And 42 entered software
enterprises were present
at the forum.
On the forum, Inspector
Zhao Zongze pointed
out that, “accelerating
the development of
IT is the breakthrough
for leap-forward development
in the economy of
Guiyang city”, therefore,
Guiyang municipal
Party Committee and
the Municipal Government
had attached great
importance to it and
set up a leading group
for it, which consisted
of the leaders, Standing
Member of the Guizhou
Provincial Party Committee/Secretary
of the Guiyang Municipal
Party Committee Wang
Xiaodong and Deputy
Secretary of the Guiyang
Municipal Party Committee/Mayor
of Guiyang city Sun
Guoqiang, and the
members of persons
in charge from various
departments concerned
of GuIyang city; Guiyang
city had been listed
in the second national
pilot cities of urban
information-centered
construction and the
core of information-centered
was software technology,
then, all software
enterprises should
seize the opportunity
of “Digital City”
to quicken the research,
development, utilization,
organization and management
of software technology;
at the same time,
the Guiyang municipal
government had reinforced
the momentum to help
software enterprises
and invested heavily
to accelerate the
urban information-centered
construction for the
purpose of building
up “Digital Guiyang”
in five years.
