& Small Enterprises’
Competition Power”,
GYPPC was acclaimed
as a gold bridge between
the S&T and economy
by many enterprises
and scientific research

outstanding achievements

The
center is a compressive
scientific and technological
intermediate organization
running on a commercial
basis. It was appraised
as the national demonstrative
productivity promotion
center by the State
Ministry of Science
and Technology and
it was selected by
the Ministry of Science
and Technology as
one of the first three
national pilots of
key productivity promotion
center construction.
In five years, the
center has provided
various services including
enterprise diagnosis,
technical consultation,
venture investment,
enterprise incubation
and patent agent,
etc. And the center’s
assets have reached
RMB 68.76 million
from RMB 2 million
at the beginning of
its establishment.

center provides integrated
and multiple service
for SMEs surrounding
the pillar industries
of new material, traditional
Chinese medicine modernization
and IT, etc. In aimed
at the situation with
the lace of technology,
management, fund,
and qualified personnel
in enterprises, the
center has set up
some organizations
in succession including
the Guiyang Science
and Technology Venture
Investment Co., Ltd.,
the Guizhou Guiyang
Software Park, the
Guizhou Guiyang Technological
Consultation, Evaluation
and Authentication
Center, Guizhou Productivity
Promotion Center of
New Material, the
Guizhou Guiyang Traditional
Chinese Modernization
Hi-tech Development
Service Center and
Guiyang Dongsheng
Patent Agence, which
take the form of a
multiple frame and
system in providing
integrated services
for enterprises.
At
the present, the center
is turning its service
direction from S&T
intermediate to specialization
and characteristic.

of venture investment
to provide all-round
